Hi, I brought my computer in with a list of problems, and the man at the counter said everything that I mentioned on the list was due to needing a new operating system. #1 on my list was the need for updating my browser, and since he didn't include my list with my computer, the bowser wasn't updated complete with an icon on my tool bar. Unfortunately, though I've downloaded Google Chrome, I don't know how to put the icon on my screen, and therefore, I'm not able to use Google Chrome. Everything else is wonderful, and I would come again, however, I would insist that my "list" make it to the technician.
